I hope you have all had nice weekends? Today has been wet and miserable, not the best start to the week, but I have lots going on so I can't let the weather get to me. 

These are (rather wind swept) photo's from today, so apologies for the crazy hair, it does not know what it is doing when a gust hits it!

I am loving my pleather skirt from Primark, it is quickly becoming a wardrobe stable in these Autumn months. It can be worn with jumpers, slouchy T shirts, but today I went for my oldest vintage denim shirt, that gave the outfit a bit of edge. Leather skirts are a great investment for this season, I have got this one, a black pleated and a black pencil one. If you are looking for a key piece to buy this month, you will not go wrong with this. 

Well, as I said I have a busy week, Thursday is the Comso Blog Awards and I am very excited about going! I have been shortlisted as the best new Fashion Blogger, which I was over the moon and very humbled to hear, but oh dear has it caused some costume dramas.

I am the kind of girl who over thinks most outfits, even just going into work looks, so the prospect of a room filed with other fab bloggers and fashion editors and writers has sent me into overdrive! I would love to say that I very casually threw an outfit together, but I am one, not that cool, or two to that decisive! But this is what I love about fashion, styling looks together, So hopefully it will all be fine and you will like my look.

I will post pics on Friday of the big event, I can't wait to meet some new bloggers too.
