Welcome back to Logan's Runway! I am so excited o be relaunching my Fashion and Style blog after a very long and over extended absence.
For those of you that are new to me and Logan's Runway, it has been over 2 years since my last post, but I am back and raring to go once more sharing with you my love of all things fashion, my own personal style and what I am loving from the high street to high end!
So where have I been? Well to be honest, after launching Logan's Runway back in 2011, I hit a bit of a blogger burnout, I was posting 2-3 times a week, while still working full time in my Career in Fashion Marketing, and I started to lose my love for it all... everything Blogging, Instagram, Twitter, so I came off it all, I was very "anti-social" for a while, but after no time at all I missed it and was ready to come back, but then life just got in the way for all the best possible reasons!
My job got really busy and exciting, my Twin Sister Katie got married and I was chef bridesmaid, I was then bridesmaid twice more for my too gorgeous best friends, so life became very hectic and was a sea of hen do's and weddings (if anyone would ever like a post on bridesmaid duties and hen do inspo, I have soo much to share!) so there just wasn't time to fit blogging into the schedule too.
Then, the biggest life event for me happened...I got engaged and married to my wonderful Husband, my best friend and resident photographer!
So, as you can see it has been a busy old few years with my amazing family and friends, but it is so great to finally be back to doing what I love after so long, and I hope you like my new look site and style!
I thought the best post to relaunch the blog with was an absolute wardrobe essential- the Winter Coat! The Winter Coast is one of the most important investments of the Autumn/Winter Season, you will be wearing it more than any other piece, so it is important to love it. It really is the foundation of any great outfit.
I always go for a classic colour that will go with everything, as also something that can be styled up with heels, boots or even my Adidas classics for an everyday look.
Enter this TopShop coat of my dreams! I love the chic navy colour and the length, so versatile for any occasion. And I must admit to being a sucker for a tie waist, it just feels so snug on a cold day, plus very flattering.
Now, to be honest this coat was bought back in March, so is not a new season purchase, but due to the cut and colour it will never go out of style. But there are lots of similar alternatives, which I have linked below that are equally as lovely.
I hope you like my look and I would love to know what you think of the new blog!
Plus what Winter Coat you will be buying?
I am wearing:
H&M Boots Stradivarius Jeans (Similar Here)
Love the colour on you! Welcome back from Toronto xo
